Bid Title: Administration of In-Home Parenting Education Services
Description:
Tioga County is seeking proposals for the provision of in-home parent support and education services. The curriculum used must be evidence based or evidence informed as outlined in the NYS Family First Prevention Services Plan. The program must be strength based, trauma informed, and the education must address at risk youth and/or decrease the likelihood of future abuse maltreatment. The Agency will provide services to clients the Department identifies as having abused or maltreated their child(ren), those who have risk factors related to future maltreatment and/or those with an identified child with at-risk behaviors. The period of this contract shall run from June 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 and renewed on an annual basis. Successful bidders shall be prepared to begin service on the contract start date
